Riverdeep maintains a list of Corporations and Foundations offering funding for education that can be selected by state.
The AT&T Foundation funds projects that use technology to build organizational capacity and stronger communities. Since its inception in 2002, the AT&T Excelerator program has provided more than 2,500 technology grants totaling more than $39.8 million to a diverse range of nonprofits. Most AT&T Foundation grants range from $1,000 to $25,000, with one-time grants being the norm.
IBM has dedicated $25 million for technology to jump start school reform. IBM solutions is sponsoring a nationwide contest for the best use of technology under Title I rules.
Honda and Citigroup are additional examples of corporations supporting the educational community.
Adobe Systems awards one-time grants for operating costs and program support from $5000 to $20,000. Project must be situated in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Seattle and Ontario CA.
