The Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools has assembled protocols for assessing the quality of education from a full systemic perspective. Many of the protocols were developed by the National Study of School Evaluation.

Decision-makers issue calls on the Web for assessing school climate, facilities, staff performance, community interest, and a whole host of other complex issues to answer the question: How are we doing?
