NCREL, a regional lab, sponsors Pathways to School Improvement. Montana hosts the National Teachers Enhancement Network (NTEN). Each posts projects, activities, guidelines, etc.
A Community Learning Network, based in British Columbia, has compiled courseware, technical bytes, resources and Network Nuggets (sites selected for quality). While about a third of the collection is especially interesting for Canadian teachers, this site is a good resource for all teachers. The references are annotated so valuable time can be conserved.
NCREST sponsors Online Learning Communities.
And don't forget the National Educators' Association. This site emphasizes resources which teachers can relay to both parents and policy-makers on a variety of topics, including technology. You can even take a "recess" break and read stories of school life.
