This site, developed by Ferdi Serim, contains spaces ala Paris, a small national library of resources and cafe-like place for discussions, tutorials and courseware, monuments in telecommunications, etc. Although not as developed as some of the other centers, the commentary is insightful.
Prism is intended for professionals rather than students per se but professionals are viewed as learners. The structure is imaginative.
